Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4 000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A 4x4 vehicle is required to reach the property due to sandy roads. The swimming pool has no safety features, and use of the pool and associated amenities is strictly at guests’ own risk. Guests should bring drinking water, all food, beach towels, washing powder, mosquito repellent, charcoal with fire starters, and toilet paper.
The house is serviced daily by Precious and Vusi, with a compulsory staff levy of R80 per day for Precious and R50 per day for Vusi that includes the day of arrival and departure. For groups of seven or more, an extra housekeeper is provided and must be paid R60 per day. Payment is made in cash on the day of departure.
A refundable breakage deposit is required prior to arrival and will be refunded within two weeks of departure. Late check-out is available on request, subject to incoming bookings, and an additional charge is deducted from the breakage deposit if granted. Check-out must be completed by 15:00.
No pets are permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed, and estates enforce a noise curfew at 22:30. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the breakage deposit. Groups of guests under 25 years old must be supervised by a parent or adult.
