In desperate need of proper maintenance and a thorough deep clean. I’m sure this was once a beautiful property, and with the right care, it could certainly be again. Unfortunately, it is currently in desperate need of proper maintenance and a thorough deep clean. We were unable to sleep in one of the bedrooms due to mould and damp, and a second bedroom also had a strong odour. While we eventually tried to make do, it was far from acceptable and raised health concerns, significantly impacting our stay. Some of the kitchen amenities were also in poor condition — for example, the toaster was very dirty and completely unusable. It gives me no pleasure to write this review, but considering the amount we paid, these are serious concerns that should not be taken lightly.
