Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registration information, and an estimated arrival time before check-in. This information will be treated as strictly confidential. Failure to submit these details on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking. The primary guest accepts full responsibility and liability for all minors and visitors associated with the booking. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of eight (8) nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage depositares requiredbeforeo check-in. The amount depends on the standard of the property and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, allowing for reasonable daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies.
This fee is payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival.
