Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The apartment is accessed via an elevator.
A cleaning service is available at an additional fee.
Any breakage or shortage of cutlery and crockery will necessitate the replacement of a complete set of six. This will be taken from the breakage deposit. Guests are welcome to take the remaining items of the set.
Matriculants / Matric rages will not be accommodated.
