House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registration information, and an estimated arrival time before check-in. This information will be treated as strictly confidential. Failure to submit these details on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking. The primary guest accepts full responsibility for all minors and visitors associated with the booking. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of eight (8) nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning service, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage depositares requiredbeforeo check-in. The amount is determined by the standard of the property and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy, allowing for reasonable daily consumption. In the unlikely event of excessive usage, additional charges may apply.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00 and is payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. Additional charges apply for arrivals after 00:00.
