Breakage Deposit

House Rules
The property is situated within a tranquil residential estate and operates under a strict minimal noise policy. Guests are requested to keep music at a reasonable level during the day, and quiet hours must be observed from 20:00. As this is a peaceful environment, the noise policy must be respected at all times. Failure to comply with these rules may result in guests being asked to vacate the premises immediately.
A refundable breakage deposit is required. This payment is handled by the host via bank transfer and is due 7 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damages or breakages are reported during the stay.
