Just to clarify a few things: our listing doesn’t advertise a kitchen, but we did provide a toaster to make things a bit more convenient. The room was serviced daily at no extra charge, including restocking essentials like toilet paper. While toilet spray isn’t included as a standard amenity, we were happy to provide it when it was requested.
The comment about previous guest behaviour was never meant as a personal accusation but simply a general explanation. Our team always tries to be helpful and respectful, and it was disheartening that they felt uncomfortable during your stay.
