Standard check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Alternative times may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and subject to a fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be supervised to ensure the space remains clean and undamaged.
Please use all appliances responsibly and switch them off when not in use.
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the cottage. Children must be supervised at all times, particularly near outdoor cooking areas.
Keep noise levels to a minimum to respect the peace and privacy of neighbours.
Any damage or maintenance issues must be reported promptly. Guests may be held liable for the cost of repairs or replacement where applicable.
