Extra Fees

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are required to provide their full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in for security and safety purposes. This information will be treated confidentially. Failure to submit the required details on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
To promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that allows for reasonable daily consumption. In rare instances of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
