Beach Club 304 is a holiday apartment located on the third floor of a secure complex at the beachfront of Diaz Beach in Mossel Bay. This apartment offers sea views and is ideally located next to the Diaz Hotel, the Beach Bar, and the water park.
This apartment sleeps 4 adults and 2 children and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 child-only bunk bed, and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Bath towels and linen are also provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area has a lounge suite and a flat-screen TV. In the case of a power outage, all lampshades, bathroom lights, kitchen lights, lifts, and Wi-Fi are operational. There’s a small dining table with chairs, and the sliding doors open onto the balcony with an outdoor dining area, allowing guests to overlook the canal.
Guests have access to the communal swimming pool and braai area. There is also secure undercover parking for 1 vehicle.
