An additional charge of R150.00 will apply for check-ins after 18:00. For check-ins after 22:00, an additional fee of R250.00 will apply. These fees are payable upon check-in.
No loud noise is permitted after 21:00, and no noise at all after 23:00.
Smoking is not allowed. You will be liable for a fine of up to R1,000.00 for any smoking violations.
The host may require copies of all guests’ ID or passport documents, as they need to register you with the building manager.
No more than 2 visitors are allowed at any time, and no overnight stays are permitted except for the guests included in the booking.
You will also be required to sign a document upon check-in confirming that you understand and agree to the house rules.
For monthly rentals (30+ nights), electricity usage will be limited to R500.00 for a 1-bedroom unit.
