House Rules
Group bookings consisting solely of solo travellers are only permitted by prior arrangement. Bachelor and bachelorette party groups are not allowed.
No parties or large gatherings are allowed.
Quiet hours must be observed between 21:00 and 07:00 on weekdays, and 22:00 and 07:00 on weekends.
Please avoid shouting or using hooters in the street at any time.
Visitors must park responsibly without blocking neighbouring garages or driveways.
Although children are welcome, guests should be aware that the property may feature elements such as balconies, stairs, and unfenced pools. Guests with children are advised to supervise them at all times.
Please note that South Africa experiences intermittent power outages, known as loadshedding. While the property is equipped with backup measures to minimise inconvenience, guests are encouraged to download the “ESP – The Loadshedding App” for schedule updates.
No refunds or compensation will be issued due to power disruptions, as these are managed by local authorities and are beyond the control of the host or management.
Extended stay:
Electricity usage is for the guest’s own account.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged at an additional fee, subject to availability.
Wi-Fi and DStv (if applicable) are included.
Reasonable water usage is included and monitored according to local municipal regulations.
Garden and pool services are included when permitted.
