Extra Fees
In addition to the rates in the table above, this property also charges a once-off:
- Cleaning Fee of R1,150.00 per booking

Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Children and infants are welcome.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties will not be tolerated.
Smoking and vaping indoors are strictly prohibited. Should an odor of smoke inside the apartment be found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Quiet time is between 22:00 and 06:00. A fine will be issued for noise disturbance.
Should 2 guests book, 1 bedroom will be used. If linen and towels from additional bedrooms are used, this will incur additional laundry/cleaning costs.
Do not hang any washing on the front patio.
Guest reservation is accepted and confirmed with the understanding that a minimum of 2 guests will stay in one bedroom, rather than occupy separate bedrooms, unless specifically requested and agreed to prior to booking confirmation.
Example, 4 guests will use 2 bedrooms and 5 guests will use 3 bedrooms only.
Alternative arrangements will be paid on receipt of a payment request from your host via the channel booked, guests will pay this on request, or if applicable, agree that this is deducted from the damage deposit on check-out.
