The Beautiful Lagoon House in Prince's Grant Golf Estate is a delightful two-story house located in the secure Prince's Grant Golf Estate in New Guelderland, KwaZulu Natal. This house provides guests with spacious and comfortable self-catering accommodation, just a short walk from the beach. It's an excellent choice for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests at a time. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. These rooms each feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet/ basin & shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size bed while the fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds that can be transformed into a King Size bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, ice maker, washing machine, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area features a TV and comfortable seating. This area extends to a balcony with outdoor seating and a braai with lagoon/ocean views.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to guests during their stay. There is one parking available directly in front of the house - other vehicles must park in the parking area allocated or at the Clubhouse. There is a communal swimming pool close to the house with the main pool / tennis courts past the Clubhouse on the right on the estate that guests can use. There is direct access to the lagoon walk from the garden.
