Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that there are stairs leading to the property which may not be suitable for children, the elderly, or people with disabilities.
No smoking is allowed in the house.
No parties/large groups of visiting guests allowed.
If any breakages / damage are caused, please report it to the host and compensation should be paid to repair/replace the damages/items.
Please note that security camaras are installed around the house to prevent any criminals from breaking in / entering the premises. This is for the safety of guests.
