It was out of the books! It was absolutely amazing. The communication from the person all the time is everything is fine, we are happy. GREAT service. The view is phenomenal. The stairs are a nice exercise, I have to say we climbed the stairs every day rather than the elevator, because it helps for holiday eating. The elevator is very convenient, my parents used it a lot and never had a problem. The cleanliness of the entire complex is absolutely fantastic.
