Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A booking form is to be completed immediately upon confirmation of booking. The form is obtained directly from the accommodation.
This form is to be completed and submitted together with the proof of payment of the breakage deposit to Bentley House via e-mail prior to check in.
The breakage deposit is invoiced independently to any booking website payments. This deposit is refunded after inspection of the property after guest departure.
Should any item be found to be broken or missing, the amount to replace such item plus admin costs will be deducted from the deposit.
Any balance due after inspection shall be refunded to the guest within 7 working days.
Please note that check-in will not be possible prior to the breakage deposit and booking form being received by Bentley House.
