Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of cancellations or other situations where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
Out of respect for the neighbours, noise must be kept down to a comfortable level. No loud music is allowed after 22:00.
Please keep furniture, fixtures, and fittings in the same condition as at the beginning of your stay.
In the event of any damage, guests should report it immediately, and they will be held liable for the replacement value or repair costs.
This house has an alarm system. Please activate the alarm if all the guests leave the house for a day.
Keep doors and windows locked at night.
Before opening the sliding security doors (shutter doors), please ensure that the shutters are in a downward position.
Please leave the houses tidy upon departure.
