House Rules

A maximum of 8 guests can be accommodated.
ID's please need to be provided once the booking is confirmed.
Unfortunately, no persons under the age of 21 will be allowed without adult supervision. In the event that parents book on behalf of persons under the age of 21, the guests will be refused.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
No parties are allowed, and guests are asked to please be considerate of neighbours.
