This property is not suitable for children.
Day visitors are not allowed.
The max occupancy is 2 guests.
There is a gravel road leading up to the property and low-clearance vehicles may find the road challenging. Drive slowly and cautiously.
Due to the gravel terrain and staircase, the property is not suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Firewood is provided for the first fire and additional firewood is available at an extra cost.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. There are bins provided for cigarette butts.
Loud noises and music are not permitted. Guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels after 20h00.
Parties and events will not be tolerated.
Pets are not allowed.
Do not use the stove and chimney when in use as they get extremely hot.
Kindly ensure that embers are completely extinguished before leaving the fire unattended.
To avoid damaging the filtration system, please refrain from using soap or bubbles in the hot tub.
The cottage is situated on a working fruit farm and management will always inform guests of the spraying times. Guests will be sharing the farm roads with the owners and there may be farm vehicles and machinery in operations. Please adhere to the 10 km/h speed limit.
Management reserves the right to inspect the unit at any time to ensure compliance with these rules.
