Description
Berries Corner offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a stylish, light and airy holiday home situated in the hub of old Bushmans Village. Located just across the Bushman’s River from Kenton-on-Sea. Here, guests can enjoy a relaxed village-style atmosphere centred around the beach, the river, family and friends.
The house comprises of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, as well as an outside shower and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area.
On the one side of the house, the main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin and toilet.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, one of which contains a twin bed and the others each have double beds. Here, 2 bathrooms are found. One is fitted with a shower and basin and the other with a toilet, bath and basin.
Downstairs are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a Smeg oven, 2 fridges, a microwave, dishwasher and ice machine along with all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. There is a laundry with a washer and dryer as well as two 12-seater dining tables located inside and outside of the house. All linen, bath and beach towels are supplied. A camp cot, feeding chair and stroller are available for babies/toddlers.
There is a braai facility equipped with a Weber, gas braai, tabletop pizza oven and fire pit. There is also Wi-Fi, a double canoe, and secure parking for three vehicles available. There is also an alarm system with beams outside.
The house is ideally situated with a pathway directly across the road to the river, five houses away from the slip way and easy walk to the beach. The daily grocery store and coffee shop is a hop skip away.
Activities in the area include walking, swimming, cycling, water skiing, fishing, canoeing, hiking, horse riding, and tennis. Guests can also visit game reserves or enjoy a game of golf in the surrounding area.
