Peace, quiet, and restful, breakfast to die for. Host met us at the front door, welcomed us and enquired if we would be interested in dinner. Warm, friendly, even the few staff members greeted politely and engaged in talking to us. The place is clean, neat and tidy inside and out, and the rooms are outfitted in the old style. Everything worked, that is, bed heaters, aircon, kettle, fridge and ample coffee/teas and creamers. Best of all, there is absolutely no traffic noise, total quiet for a good night's rest. Breakfast included in cost and variety of choice is awesome.

Worth the stopover. Wonderful old building full of treasures. Like being taken back in time, friendly hosts with lots of local knowledge. Evening meal was cooked to perfection.
