Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
In accordance with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered before arrival. Guest verification is required to confirm the booking. Guests must provide full names, contact details, clear copies of identification or passports, vehicle registration details if applicable, and an estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance and remains confidential. Failure to provide the required information timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with at least 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits reasonable daily consumption. In cases of unusually high usage, reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 PM and 00:00 AM, payable in cash to the property host on arrival. For arrivals after 00:00 AM, a fee of R350 applies.
