Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guests are kindly reminded of the estate rules, which prohibit parties, events, or celebrations. All noise must be turned off by 21:00. Security is very strict about this, and there are neighbours with small children, so noise levels must be respected.
If the estate rules are broken, security has the right to remove guests, and no refunds will be given.
No additional guests are allowed. A list of guests' full names will be provided prior to arrival, along with vehicle registration numbers.
Smoking of cigarettes, vapes, hubbly bubbly, or cigars is not permitted in the unit.
