Description
Bird's View House is situated on the banks of the Vermont Salt Pan in Vermont. The Salt Pan forms part of the greenbelt system that is home to a variety of bird species and small animals.
Throughout the year, accommodation is provided in 2 stylishly decorated bedrooms that are rented out separately. Each room has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Each room also has a kettle, microwave, fan, underfloor heating, bar fridge, hairdryer and a TV with selected DStv channels.
The house is rented out as a whole in the holiday season and is fully equipped for a self-catering stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric and gas kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, electric oven and gas stove, airfryer, ice maker, pots, pans, fridge-freezer and inside braai area.
Stack doors lead out onto the swimming pool from where one can enjoy views of the mountain and Salt Pan while lounging on the loungers. This area also has a patio with a large pizza oven.
The house is built in a U-shape and all rooms have private entrances that lead to the pool. Ample parking is provided.
Bird's View is situated about 7 km outside of Hermanus. The beachfront is a mere 800m from Bird's View.
