Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2 000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

HOUSE RULES

1. No smoking inside the property.
Smoking is only permitted outside. Please dispose of cigarette ends safely.

2. No parties, events or large gatherings.
Only the guests included in the booking may stay at or use the property unless approved in writing.

3. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.
Please respect neighbours and keep music, voices and general noise to a reasonable level at all times.

4. No excessive noise at any time.
Complaints from neighbours, security or the estate/body corporate may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.

5. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
The number of guests may not exceed the number approved on the booking.

6. No pets unless approved in writing.
Pets are only allowed where the listing specifically allows pets or where prior written permission has been given.

7. Please take care of the property and contents.
Guests are responsible for any damage, breakages, missing items, excessive cleaning or rule breaches caused during the stay.

8. Report damage immediately.
Any damage, breakage or maintenance issue must be reported as soon as possible.

9. No moving furniture without permission.
Furniture, appliances, decor and equipment must not be moved between rooms or removed from the property.

10. Keep doors, windows and gates secure.
Guests are responsible for locking the property when leaving and for keeping keys, remotes and access tags safe.

11. Lost keys, remotes or access tags may be charged for.
Replacement costs may be deducted from the refundable security deposit.

12. Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
Late check-out is only allowed with prior approval.

13. Leave the property reasonably tidy.
Please wash used dishes, dispose of rubbish in the correct bins and leave the property in a reasonable condition.

14. No illegal activity.
Illegal activity, misuse of the property or breach of estate/body corporate rules may result in immediate cancellation.

15. The refundable security deposit may be used for damages or rule breaches.
Deductions may be made for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, lost keys/remotes/tags or penalties caused by guest conduct.
