Puik diens. Thank you very much for an awesome stay. We were there on our honeymoon night, and the ladies at the hotel made it extra special for us. Breakfast was 1st class, rooms neat, tidy and well equipped. We had a lovely stay. Thank you once again!

Staff extremely helpful and willing to help. Staff extremely helpful and willing to help. I asked late on the first night if there was a lounge that I could watch TV in (for less than an hour) while my teenage son slept, as I go to bed late at night. They allowed me to watch TV in the last available room. My son asked for a chocolate muffin the 2nd morning. They brought him 2. It is not only what they did, but the way they did it. If I could give 6 stars to the customer service, I would. Thank you and keep up the excellent service.

Enjoyable. On initial check-in, the room had a very bad smell. They managed to move us to another room with no sea view and the geyser was not switched on. We were moved to a better room on day two. The inconvenience was offset by a complimentary bottle of wine.

Great. I had a pleasant one-night stay at Bluewater Bay Sunrise Hotel in Port Elizabeth. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered great value for the price. The staff were friendly and made sure I felt welcome. Overall, a solid experience for anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable option.

Gerieflik, professioneel. Yip, kos in restaurant is tops, maar die diens raak baie stadig sodra hulle besig raak. Benodig ook 'n voltydse kelner by die kroeg.

Great hotel, poor service. Hotel is great as usual. Service is rubbish as usual, no one in a rush to help customers in a restaurant that's far from full.
