House Rules
Pets are not permitted.
Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the property.
Parties, events, loud music, student gatherings, and disruptive behaviour are not permitted. Guests are kindly requested to respect neighbouring properties and the estate environment. Quiet hours are observed daily between 22:00 and 08:00.
Commercial photography or filming is not permitted without prior written approval.
The maximum occupancy of the property is 6 guests.
Check-in is from 14:00 and may be arranged earlier by prior agreement. Check-out is before 10:00.
Guests are kindly requested not to use the bath towels at the pool or beach. Beach towels are provided for this purpose.
Optional weekday cleaning is available between 08:30 and 15:30. Should guests make use of the cleaning service, they are kindly requested to provide the cleaner with a light meal and refreshments.
Please note that the garden is newly planted and is still establishing.
Guests stay at the property at their own risk. The owners accept no responsibility for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during their stay.
