Bob Bouwer Seaview Apartment offers self-catering accommodation and is located on the owner’s property, situated in Hartenbos, Mossel Bay. The property is ideally located 50 metres from the beach.

This apartment is adjacent to the main house and has a private entrance. The flat consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the second room is equipped with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in cupboards to store clothing, and share the bathroom which has a shower, basin and toilet.

The open-plan kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, and an oven with a stove. The adjacent lounge has a TV with local channels and leads out to a closed veranda and sea view to admire. Braai facilities are available. No children younger than 5 years old are allowed.

Free parking is on the premises, behind security beams. The apartment is approximately 1.5 km from a shopping mall. No cleaning services are available for the apartment. Clean bedding and towels are provided upon arrival. New bedding or towels can be provided at and additional costs of R50.00 per towel and R50.00 per sheet.
