The owner's toys are at your disposal. Please take care of them and store them in the drawers when not in use.
Guests may use the green plastic chairs on the beach, but it needs to be cleaned afterwards. These chairs can also be used at the outdoor table on the wooden deck in front of the beach.
No pets are to be allowed at the property.
