Description
Bondi Beach 20 is a self-catering apartment located in a secure, Tuscan style complex situated in Shelly Beach. The complex boasts direct beachfront access, entertainment facilities for youngsters, a swimming pool, tennis court, and a clubhouse.
Please note that no parties, noise, loud music or overloading is allowed.
This ground-floor apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is air-conditioned and is furnished with a double sleigh bed, and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a double sleigh bed and a bunk bed, and the third bedroom also has a double sleigh bed.
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and the second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom, which has a bath and a washing machine. The well-equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to cook meals, including a dishwasher, and a chest freezer in the dining room.
The adjacent lounge features a TV with an Openview decoder. Guests can bring their own DStv decoder and a smart card; Explora decoders are not compatible though. The living area opens onto a patio area. There is a gas braai available. The complex also boasts 24-hour security and an electric fencing.
