Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Guest will be required to pay a damage deposit. Should there be breakages or breakages exceeding the value of the deposit, guests will be held liable for the difference.
The damage deposit is payable via EFT 7 days prior to arrival. Breakage deposits will be refunded 5-7 days after check-out. It is the guest’s responsibility to provide us with banking details for the refund.
Early arrivals and late check-outs are not permitted and may be charged. Please communicate with your host should you have any special requests.
No day visitors are allowed.
