No pets are allowed on any furniture. A sheet and blanket are provided for pets.
Gates, garage, and all doors must be locked at all times when guests are not at the property, and the alarm must be activated.
Gates must remain locked when at home, and under no circumstances may guests allow any outside persons onto the premises, except for the CU-Live armed response guard.
