The minimum age to make a reservation is 21. We reserve the right to request an ID to prove a minimum of 21.
We have a very strict no pets and no smoking/vaping policy. In addition, pets or smoking will result in substantial deep cleaning fee. No parties or illegal substances allowed anywhere on the property. You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.
This is self-catering accommodation. Cleaning services are not provided during your stay. Requests for cleaning during your stay will be referred to an outside contractor. A fresh set of linen will be provided for stays longer than 10 days.
At no time may the overnight number of guests exceed 4.
No fires or fire-pits allowed.
