Description

Brandrivier is situated on a private farm approximately 30 km from Springbok on the N7. The property offers peaceful self-catering tented accommodation in the Namaqualand region, surrounded by natural landscapes and unique flora.

Accommodation comprises 3 individually tented units, each accommodating 2 to 4 guests. The tents are furnished with queen-size beds or twin beds on request, and each unit features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Each tent also has a kitchenette area with basic appliances, a patio, and a gas braai facility. Additional amenities include solar power for charging small electronic devices and gas heaters during winter.

The farm is home to various wildlife, including springbok, klipspringer, baboons, porcupines, and bat-eared foxes. Guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and may experience the natural sounds of the area.

During the flower season from June to September, a variety of Namaqualand flowers can be viewed on the farm and in the surrounding areas. Other notable plant species found in the area include the Quiver Tree and Tylecodon paniculatus, also known as the Botterboom or Butter Tree.
