House Rules

General Information
• Detailed rules are available upon request.
• The number of guests must not exceed the advertised limit per villa.
• All guests are required to comply with the rules and regulations of the respective areas or estates where the villas are located. This includes adherence to speed limits, maintaining good neighbourly conduct, and following all security protocols.

Arrival & Departure
• Check-in time: 2:00 pm
• Check-out time: 10:00 am

Children
• Children of all ages are welcome at Fish Eagle Villa.
• Children under the age of 3 stay free, provided they share a room with their parents.
• At certain villas, platforms higher than 1 m above ground may have no barrier fencing. Use at your own risk. Adult supervision is required.

Safety & Security
• Visitors utilise open areas at their own risk.
• Adherence to security protocols at the gate is mandatory at all times.
• Drunken driving is strictly prohibited on all roads within the estates.
• Vehicles are not allowed on runways designated for aeroplanes.

Conduct & Etiquette
• No noisy activities, including music, are allowed after 10:00 pm. Disturbances requiring security intervention will result in penalties: the property owner will be penalised, and the visitor will be liable forthe penalty.
• Visitors are responsible for leaving open spaces in impeccable condition.
• Disposal of rubble or refuse in public areas (open spaces, vacant stands, and roads) is strictly prohibited.
• Littering and feeding of wild animals are prohibited.
• Feeding of wild animals is strictly forbidden.
• Flora in public areas must not be damaged or removed. Removal of trees or plants from any stand is strictly prohibited without proper authorisation.

Traffic & Speed Limits
The speed limit within the estates is 40 km/h. Violators will be issued fines.

Pets, Smoking & Miscellaneous
• Strictly no pets allowed on any premises.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

Cancellation Policy - Moderate
