Bungalow 39 is located above Clifton Third Beach in Cape Town, with direct access to the beach and views of the ocean. The bungalow is positioned close to Victoria Road with minimal stairs, offering a private coastal stay.
The bungalow accommodates guests in four bedrooms. The interior includes a living area with glass stacking doors, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large TV with a media box. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and ice-maker. A separate laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. Bathrooms are fitted for self-catering use, and linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Hairdryers, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner are included, along with a digital safe and uncapped fibre Wi-Fi.
On-site facilities include an outdoor splash pool, a gas braai, and backup battery power supplying lights and plugs during power outages. Security features include an alarm system linked to armed response and electric fencing. Two secure parking bays are available off-site within walking distance.
