The passage connecting the two living areas has been enclosed with soundproof partitioning, ensuring privacy between the spaces.
The owner currently resides in the double-storey section of the main dwelling.
4 guests maximum allowed.
No pets are allowed.
Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00.
No commercial photography is allowed.
No parties or events are allowed.
No smoking is allowed inside the living area.
