To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to note the following:
Occupancy
A maximum of 4 guests is permitted.
Third-party bookings are welcome, however, a copy of the guest’s ID must be provided prior to check-in.
Respect & Consideration
Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 07:00.
No parties or events are permitted.
No commercial photography or filming is allowed without prior arrangement.
Smoking & Pets
Smoking is not permitted inside the living areas.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
Property Layout & Privacy
The property comprises single- and double-storey sections.
A separate granny flat on the premises is occupied by a long-term tenant, and the owner resides in a separate section of the main dwelling.
The connecting passage between living areas has been fully enclosed and soundproofed to ensure privacy and a peaceful stay for all occupants.
