No smoking inside the house.
Only 6 people (adults) is allowed to sleep in the house and children 6 and younger will have to sleep on parents arrangements.

No loud music.
No fireworks at all. (This is a nature conservancy).
Consider other residents in the area and on the premises.
Complimentary braai pack (wood, charcoal and firelighters). Backup water supply on site.
