C10 Laguna is located in the Greenways Beach and Golf Estate in Strand and Gordons Bay, a coastal town at the foot of the Hottentots Holland Mountains, in the Western Cape.
This beautiful, compact, modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment offers mountain views and a short walk directly onto the beach. The apartment is on the ground floor and has room for 4 adults and 2 children under 12. There are 3 bedrooms of which 2 have queen size beds and 1 has a triple bunk bed with a single bed at the top and a double bed at the bottom. There is an en suite shower and a shared bathroom with a shower over bath.
The kitchen is newly equipped with all modern appliances and features a gas stove/electric oven, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry facilities include a washing machine in the garage. The open-plan living area has a dining table and a lounge area with a comfy couch and a flat-screen Smart TV with the full DStv bouquet of channels (on request) and Netflix. Uncapped fibre is also provided. There is an inverter connected to the TV, internet and a light. Ring cameras monitor the doors.
There are 2 private parking bays available. Laguna Beach section C has its own lock-up area for drying of washing.
Greenways is a gated estate with 24-hour top security. The client needs to pay the Greenways office directly for Facial Recognition Access for the driver of the vehicle and others that may be walking in and out the estate. The apartment has its own portable Weber braai that is available on request there is a communal braai and pool area in the complex and the Greenways Clubhouse is nearby which has a 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, and pool area.

There is a facial access fee for the guest account of R250.

Electricity via a pre-paid meter, long-stay clients would need to top up at their own expense.
Cleaning service is available and a rate can be provided on request.
Should there be excessive cleaning required then a further R150 will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
We do offer discounts for long stays, 2 people or pensioners for stays over 14 days.
