Description
Each duplex apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and contain 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Upstairs, you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom contains a double bed, and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. This room has doors opening to the balcony. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. Downstairs, you will find the kitchen, dining and living area, and a guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge is air-conditioned and contains a TV with a selection of DStv channels. Outside, each unit has a private patio with built-in braai, solid concrete furniture and a few plastic chairs. There is also a shower to rinse after your fun on the beach.

House Rules
- A resort fee of R200 per week and refundable breakage deposit of R750 will be required.
- Guests need to bring their own beach/swimming towels.
- Any age children welcome, but only children under the age of 10 may sleep in the lounges. A maximum of 2 children permitted.
- Sorry, we do not allow pets at this property.
- No smoking in apartments, all apartments have balconies, verandas and gardens where you can smoke.
- It is a condition of the Business License issued to Cabana Mio to disallow live or loud music on the premises. We respectfully request guests to respect the neighbourhood and next door neighbours and do not play the music that can cause neighbours to lodge complaints about noise, behaviour or conduct.
- We put our property in your care for the duration of your stay and we shall deliver it to you clean and in full working order on arrival, but request you to protect our assets and report any damages. We kindly request you to respect our property and the use of equipment and utensils. If you need assistance to operate the appliances, please contact the owners. Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge of R250 if you did not report this.
