Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Access to the apartment requires navigating several flights of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations or elderly visitors, as the complex is not wheelchair accessible. An elevator is available; however, its operation is not guaranteed.

A valid ID or passport is required at check-in for security and verification purposes.

The property is strictly non-smoking. Tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.

A standard key and breakage deposit is required prior to check-in. The amount is dependent on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the owner’s or management’s discretion.

Electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, allowing for a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the event of excessive usage, additional charges may apply.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash on arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 applies.
