Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Lydia and John are the two full-time staff members responsible for maintaining the house. There is a compulsory daily staff levy of R80 per day for each of the 2 housekeepers, this includes your day of arrival and departure.
Guests are kindly reminded that the house runs on a septic tank system, and no foreign objects should be flushed down the toilets. Smoking is not permitted inside the house and is only allowed on the outside verandah.
Guests are advised that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to the sandy roads leading to the estate. The communal swimming pool within the estate has no safety features, and the use of the pool, amenities, and facilities is strictly at guests’ own risk. The house accommodates 10 adults and 4 children.
Guests are required to bring their own drinking water, beach towels, toilet paper, washing detergents, dishwashing liquid, black bags, charcoal, firelighters, toiletries, and any personal items needed during their stay. Guests who wish to have their personal laundry done by the staff may do so at their own risk.
Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Pets are not permitted, and loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. Guests are reminded that estate rules enforce a noise curfew at 22:30. Groups of guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult or parent for the duration of their stay.
