Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

House Rules

No parties or social events are allowed.
No loud music or disruptive noise is permitted between 22:00 and 07:00 on weekdays and between 23:00 and 07:00 on weekends.
No shouting, hooting or disruptive behaviour is allowed in the street at any time.
Visitors must park responsibly and may not obstruct neighbouring driveways or garages.
Group bookings comprising only solo travellers are not accepted unless arranged in advance.
Bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited.
While children are welcome, please note that certain features such as balconies, staircases, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools may pose safety risks. Children must be supervised at all times.
Due to ongoing national electricity supply challenges, periods of load shedding (scheduled power outages) may occur, typically lasting 2.5 hours or more. While this is beyond the host’s control, most properties are equipped with backup measures to reduce the impact. Guests are encouraged to download the "EskomSePush – Loadshedding App" to stay informed of local schedules. No refunds, discounts or compensation will be issued in relation to services affected by load shedding.
For extended bookings:
Electricity usage is billed separately.
Housekeeping is not included but can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Wi-Fi and DStv (if applicable) are included.
Water usage is monitored according to municipal limits.
Garden and pool maintenance is included, subject to current regulations.
