Nearby Construction

Rates for 2026/2027 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the property. Construction noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quiet, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the level of disturbance during your stay.

By proceeding with your booking at the discounted rate, guests acknowledge and accept that no additional refunds, discounts, or compensation will be provided for any construction-related inconvenience experienced before or during the stay.

Guest Registration & Verification

To facilitate a smooth check-in process, guests will be required to complete a separate guest registration form and a guest verification link via TRUVI prior to arrival.

Electricity & Load Shedding

South Africa has experienced periods of load shedding (scheduled electricity interruptions) over the past few years. This may result in electricity outages lasting approximately 2.5 hours or longer at a time, often with limited notice.

Many property owners have implemented backup measures where possible to minimise inconvenience during your stay. Guests are also encouraged to download the ESP – The Loadshedding App from their app store to stay informed and plan accordingly.

Please note that load shedding is beyond the control of both the Property Manager and property owner. Unfortunately, neither party can be held liable for any inconvenience, service interruptions, refunds, discounts, or compensation related to load shedding.

Noise Policy

This property is located in a quiet residential area, and guests are kindly requested to respect the noise regulations implemented by the body corporate and/or local council.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions:

No parties or events are permitted at the property.
Loud noise or music audible to neighbours is not allowed:
Between 21:00 and 07:00 during weekdays
Between 22:00 and 07:00 on weekends
No shouting, hooting, or excessive noise is permitted in the street at any time.
Visitor parking is limited. Guests are requested not to block garages or driveways.
Travel Insurance

Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and cover for theft or loss of personal belongings.

Group Bookings
Groups consisting entirely of solo travellers are only permitted on request.
Bachelor and bachelorette party groups are not allowed.
Child Safety

Although children are welcome, parents and guardians should note that the property may include features such as balconies, split-level terraces, stairs, or unfenced pools that may pose safety risks to younger children.

Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are encouraged to exercise appropriate supervision at all times.

Monthly Stays

Please note the following conditions apply to discounted monthly stays:

Electricity usage will be for the guest’s own account.
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rate but may be arranged at an additional cost on request and subject to availability. Please note that housekeeping is required at least once per week during monthly stays.
Standard amenities such as Wi-Fi and DStv (where applicable) are included.
Reasonable water usage is included and monitored in line with current municipal restrictions.
Garden and pool maintenance services will be included where available.
