House Rules
An additional 2 guests are welcome at an extra cost per person. Please enquire with the host for the exact amount.
Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by management upon booking.
Upon entering the property, please adhere to the 20 km/h speed limit. This is a working farm, and there may be children and animals around. Wildlife also has the right of way.
Please stay on designated roads and paths. Avoid driving through plantations or unmarked areas, as this may cause damage to our working farm.
Enjoy the beauty of the land, but please do not touch birds’ nests, pick plants, or forage for wild food.
Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas. If you smoke, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Do not drop them on the ground.
Please keep noise levels low after 22:00.
Report any damaged items as soon as possible so the host can attend to them promptly.
Do not flush foreign objects or sanitary items down the toilets, as this may block the system.
Use of the swimming areas, facilities, and property is at your own risk.
The landscape is intentionally wild and unfenced, so guests are responsible for supervising their children at the dam. The dam has deep sections, and no swimming aids are provided—please bring your own if needed.
Please do not enter the farmyard. It is a working area with large, moving machinery and is not safe for guests.
No pets allowed.
Wood and Ice sales on site, pre-orders via our onsite grounds manager daily.
Hot tub rental is available at an additional cost per day.
