The 180 degree view of False Bay from the master bedroom is breathtaking and the deck is also positioned in such a way that one can have a wonderful time while enjoying the sea view and mountain view. The fireplace is a bonus for the winter evenings. Quick feedback and help from the owner as needed made our stay very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a weekend break in beautiful surroundings.

Hi Nancy. I’m so sorry about the hot water. We operate on solar water geysers, but we also have gas as a back up. It's clear that this was not properly explained to you. I will take this up with my caretaker. Regarding the dust and spiderwebs, I would really appreciate it if you could tell me where you encountered the problems. While 90 percent of our clients give us 5 stars, we sometimes struggle with these two issues. In part, this is because we live on a mountain surrounded by fynbos and, especially after the recent fires, it's difficult to manage the dust when the south-easter blows. This is not an excuse.
