Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
The unit includes a washing machine and a dry rack; however, the dry rack has to remain inside the apartment to dry clothes. No clothes can be displayed outside the apartment. Alternatively, there is a laundromat close by.
No smoking allowed in Victoria Junction; it is a smoke-free zone. Smoking is allowed on the public street outside and not within the courtyard.
Late check-in might be available on request at an additional fee.
