House Rules
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is before 10:00.
Children are welcome, but please note that the apartment is not childproofed. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially around the communal pool, patio, estate roads, and shared facilities.
No pets are allowed.
No parties, events, loud music, ragers, or gatherings are permitted.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the apartment.
Guests must follow all Whale Rock Gardens estate rules and security procedures.
Please use the communal pool and shared estate facilities respectfully.
Please take care of the apartment, furniture, linen, towels, and amenities.
Please report any damages, breakages, or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
Rubbish must be placed in the designated bin area. The collection is on Fridays.
Commercial photography or filming is not allowed without prior written permission.
