Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

The premises are let strictly for holiday purposes only; no gatherings are permitted.

The flat accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, including children. No visitors are allowed. A maximum of 2 vehicles may be parked on the property.

Quiet hours must be observed daily between 21:00 and 07:00.

The discharge of firearms, pellet guns, or fireworks on the property is prohibited.

Loud music is not allowed, including from vehicle sound systems, as the property is located in a residential area.

Excessive noise will not be tolerated.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Exceeding the maximum number of occupants will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the payment and immediate eviction from the unit without refund.

Guests are requested to leave the unit in the condition in which they found it. Units left excessively dirty or with unwashed dishes will incur a deduction from the breakage deposit.
